ALDANEL STYLE GREEN BEANS

Steps

Step 1

Melt olive oil and butter in a large pan.

Step 2

Add the beans and cook for 10 min, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Add the Aldanel sauce and the chopped pine nuts to the beans and mix them.

Step 4

Stirring constantly, cook until the beans are tender.

Step 5

Serve and garnish with chopped shallots.

  • 200 ml Aldanel sauce
  • 2 lbs cut green beans
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
