Aldanel Nachos Supreme


Step 1

Cook the beef, the onion, the garlic, the green pepper, the olive oil and the diced tomatoes for 20 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.

Step 2

Add the Aldanel sauce and cook for another 10 min.

Step 3

Add 3¼ cup grated cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Step 4

Place the tortilla chips on a large serving platter.

Step 5

Top with ground beef mixture, then sprinkle the top of the ground beef mixture with 1 cup of grated cheese.

Step 6

Top with sour cream, green onions, sliced olive and plum tomatoes.

Step 7

Serve warm.

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1 small green bell pepper chopped
  • 1½ cups refried beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 4 green onions
  • Sliced olive
  • 3 large plum tomatoes finely diced
  • 3¼ grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheese.
