In a large bowl, mix together the meat, the spices, the olive oil and the Aldanel sauce.
Let the meat soak for about 30 minutes. If you’re using bamboo skewers make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes also. Lightly oil the grill grate.
Thread the steak onto the skewers and arrange on the hot grill grate. Cook for 15 minutes or desire doneness. Turn occasionally to brown evenly until well done.
